Terms & Conditions
Please note that your place on a course is confirmed if we have received your on-line booking form. If you need to cancel or postpone your place, please refer to the cancellation policy below. Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the course start date. Occasionally we may have to cancel a course or change the tutor or date. If this happens, we will inform you immediately. If you cannot then attend on the new date, we will offer you a credit note or refund.
If you have to move your course date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will always endeavour to be as fair and reasonable as possible, however, as our courses are sometimes fully booked months in advance and with candidates sometimes having to wait for availability, we ask you to appreciate out strict booking terms.
Cancellation policy
NAPIT cancellations: upon course cancellation, NAPIT endeavour to inform delegates within 10 days prior to course commencement. NAPIT liability regarding remuneration is limited to any paid course fees and excludes any costs or losses incurred by any affected delegate or business. NAPIT reserve the right to amend scheduled course details (location/instructor/other) and will endeavour to inform delegates within 10 days prior to course commencement.
Delegate cancellations: NAPIT must be informed by telephone or email:
- If over 10 working days prior: a £75 (+ VAT) administration fee will be charged.
- If within 10 working days prior: a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If under 5 working days prior: a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Alternatively, substitute delegates can (under the same terms & conditions) attend courses and thus avoid any cancellation fees. NAPIT require full substitute details prior to course commencement. This is offered once (for cancellations made in the 10 day prior period as specified), before the aforementioned £75 (+ VAT) charge is again applicable.
