The course provides a route into basic electrical competency to installers from a variety of trade backgrounds. It will give you a stepping stone towards NAPIT Defined Scope Membership and with it, the independence that comes with being able to complete and self-notify the whole job yourself.
Asbestos Awareness Course (NA-AA-1)

Asbestos awareness training is a legal requirement in the UK under the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012). This training is therefore mandatory for anyone liable to be exposed to asbestos fibres at work. This includes a wide range of tradespeople. Around eight joiners, six electricians and four plumbers per week die from asbestos related diseases.
This course aims to raise awareness. It is not appropriate for those looking to become asbestos removal professionals.
